I am a LOVE & LIFE RELATIONSHIP Coach.

Using science & soulwork I coach & educate individuals to build healthy & vibrant relationships to love & life.

I lead workshops and present on:

• I help people who have experienced divorce heal and make peace with the change to transform and rebuild their lives.
• I coach women who are done with relationship drama and disappointment, who are ready to transcend past patterns and step into their full confidence and grace to experience love and life differently.
• I help people locate and release their pain, false core beliefs and personal limitations to build a strong, healthy, passsionate and vibrant relationship to love & life so they can truly live the life they were intended to live.

We are NOT meant to suffer.

We are meant to grow and evolve and experience the beauty of this life and all the LOVE it holds. This is the T.R.U.T.H. And deep down, you know it…and you ARE WORTHY OF IT.

~ the woman who kept settling for under-functioning men who depended on her financially, discovered her true value and worth and STOPPED SETTLING.

~ the young fiance preparing for her wedding, who took the opportunity to iron out the unspoken and build a solid foundation for a MEANINGFUL MARRIAGE, not just an elaborate wedding.

~ the widow running from grief and fear learns, with support and guidance, she can navigate the transition through grief and that THERE IS a life of REVERENCE and PURPOSE on the other side.

~ the married woman who had once loved her husband but wasn’t so sure anymore, who got the tools she needed to determine if she wanted to STAY or GO.

~ the divorced woman who could not see her beauty, value or choices for all the bitterness and rage she still carried for her ex, who steadily left her baggage after each session, and eventually sent me an email that she was in Europe…travelling light!

I am passionate about coaching women to overcome their personal limits, to see their choices, own their brilliance, beauty and magnificence and to stand in the position and power as the creator of their life so that they may truly…experience love and life differently.
